Vista Ladera Estates Owners Association, Star Point Ranch homes are built by Forecast Homes (K. Hovnanian Company). The homes were built in 2001 thru 2004. Built on hillside lots, most homes have at least 1 acre of land and lovely views over the Acton Valley and the Sierra Pelona Mountains. Access to the 14 freeway is simple allowing for easier commute to both the Palmdale/Lancaster area or Santa Clarita and the San Fernando Valley.

The next HOA meetings are held quarterly on the following dates.

03/15/23 at 7pm. at the Acton Community Center
April Meeting: Candidate forms for the next term will be mailed out
May Meeting: Deadline to return the candidate forms
June Meeting: TBD - elections
July 1 - June 30, 2024: New term year for the board
September Meeting: TBD
December Meeting: TBD
CC&R's and Bylaws
The Board received the draft of the new proposed CC&R's and By-laws. We are reviewing them and making any changes prior to them going out to the homeowners for their review and comments.
- It will be available for comments shortly thereafter
- One time changes will be added to the draft
- The final version will be mailed to homeowners
- There needs to be a 76% of the 180 homes must approve the final version of the CC&R's in order to enact the CC&R and By-Laws. Otherwise, we will follow the current (2004) version.
